CoreCavo is the cable and connectivity website operated by WUHAN SUNFULL (“we”, “us”). We provide custom and OEM cable assemblies and related accessories for business buyers. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request (RFQ), contact form or inquiry popup, the visible fields collect your name, email address and message. A telephone or WhatsApp number is optional. The message may include product requirements, quantities and other project details you choose to provide. The backend also records basic request metadata such as submission time, current page, first landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, IP address and browser user agent for security, source attribution and inquiry handling. This site is intended for trade buyers.

How we use it

Your information is used to review your request, confirm specifications with our supplier network, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and delivery, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with suppliers, logistics partners and service providers to the extent needed to handle your request.

Cookies and analytics

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and website interactions so we can understand product discovery and RFQ journeys. Before you select Accept analytics, analytics storage and all advertising consent types are denied, the Google tag is not loaded and CoreCavo does not dispatch analytics events. Your choice is stored in local storage under corecavo_analytics_consent_v1.

If accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* and process technical information such as browser or device details and approximate location. Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices and may process data in countries other than the visitor's country. Retention and deletion are also subject to the settings and controls available in the Analytics property and Google's systems; this notice does not promise a particular processing location or retention period.

Google signals and advertising-personalization signals remain disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, inquiry messages, complete WhatsApp links, pre-filled WhatsApp text, URL query strings or URL fragments to Google Analytics. Measurement events cover consented page and product views, form starts, non-sensitive submit-error categories, WhatsApp clicks and email or telephone contact methods. A generate_lead event is sent only after the website accepts a verified inquiry that passes automated screening; it contains only a general form-type label. Product-view events contain only the public model code and product name, with no price.

You can use Analytics settings in the footer to accept, decline or withdraw later. Declining or withdrawing updates analytics consent to denied, stops CoreCavo from dispatching future analytics events and removes this site's _ga and stream-specific _ga_* cookies where accessible to this site. A tag already loaded on the current page cannot be unloaded, and withdrawing does not recall information already transmitted. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

Session storage may retain the first landing page, referring page and campaign parameters until the browser session ends so a submitted inquiry can be attributed to its source. This separate backend attribution is not sent to Google Analytics. The web server processes normal technical request logs for security and availability. CoreCavo does not deploy advertising tags through this Google Analytics installation.

Data retention

Enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain normal B2B correspondence, support repeat-order context, prevent abuse, and meet contractual or legal obligations. Retention is reviewed periodically. You may request deletion as described below, subject to applicable legal and contractual record requirements.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted. Email [email protected] or use the contact / RFQ page; we will review and respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal and contractual record requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision.
